2022 Christmas Market Vendor Application

Dates and Times

The Market will be running from November 12th – December 18th, every Friday (5pm -10pm), Saturday (1pm – 10pm), and Sunday (12pm – 4pm). Hours for the first day of the market (November 12th) due to the Santa Claus Parade. You can check the details out in the First Weekend Policy and Procedures Manual.

Fees

Cabin – Any Size – With refundable deposit: CA$300.00+CA$7.00

Please note that this price includes a refundable $100 deposit which will be returned in cash on the Sunday evening after the market closure (deposits will only be returned if all criteria and conditions in the signed policy and procedure form are met).

BIA Member: CA$0.00+CA$0.00

Please note that the Downtown members must adhere to the policy and procedure manual terms and conditions for all details and vendor responsibilities. 

Table Vendor – With refundable deposit: CA$150.00+CA$4.00

Please note that this price includes a refundable $50 deposit which will be returned in cash on the Sunday evening after the market closure (deposits will only be returned if all criteria and conditions in the signed policy and procedure form are met). 

Food Truck – With refundable deposit: CA$450.00+CA$10.00

Please note that this price includes a refundable $100 deposit which will be returned in cash on the Sunday evening after the market closure (deposits will only be returned if all criteria and conditions in the signed policy and procedure form are met).

Policies and Procedures

All vendors must read and sign our Christmas Market policy and procedures in order to participate in our market. Vendors only need to sign the First Weekend Policy and Procedures if they sell on the weekend of November 12th-13th. Please submit your vendor application below, if you are approved to be a vendor you will be contacted via email with further instructions on how to reserve your spot.

What products will you be selling at the market (please note that products not included in this description will not be permitted to be sold at the market)?
Vendors can sign up for as many weekends as they want. Vendor cabins are first come, first serve. Vendors cannot sign up for a single market day, they must commit to a whole market weekend.
Proof of insurance is a requirement for approval to participate in the Niagara Falls Downtown Christmas Market.
1. I agree to bring a signed copy of the policies and procedures form (located on this webpage) on the weekend I am selling on if I am approved to sell at the Niagara Falls Christmas Market 2. I understand that the Niagara Falls Downtown BIA reserves the right to include or exclude vendors at its sole discretion 3. I understand that I am only permitted to sell approved products that I have included in the description provided above.
